Coming from a background of Kinesiology and Personal Training, I can understand how the body and mind work together. Often, these two areas can help or hinder our day-to-day life. The ability to understand our thoughts and emotions in a healthy way can encourage growth in both the mental and physical space. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I help individuals overcome barriers, enhance personal growth, and improve focus. Specific areas of interest include optimal performance, mindset shifts, and mental resilience for professionals and athletes in high stress environments.
